Job summary

PCL Construction Services, Inc. in Orlando seeks a Scheduler to join our team. You will develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate with site staff and subcontractors, and integrate forecasting with cost data to keep projects on track.

You should have advanced Primavera P6 skills, strong analytical and communication abilities, and a background in construction sequencing. This role requires independent work and collaboration across stakeholders; relocation to Edmonton early transition

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industry experience in scheduling.
• Deep knowledge of planning and scheduling principles and practices.
• Read and understand construction drawings, specs and contracts.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 EPPM and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to lead collaboration with estimators, field supervision and subs.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains and communicates project schedules to stakeholders.
• Reviews forecasts, validates forecasted schedules and updates progress.
• Performs quantity take-offs and links to master schedule.
• Directs interactive planning sessions with project teams.
• Identifies delays, impacts and schedule variances and communicates them.
• Supports planning in preconstruction, construction and closeout phases.
