Job summary

F.H. Paschen is seeking a seasoned Scheduler to develop and maintain project schedules with the construction team.

You will prepare CPM schedules for awarded projects and coordinate with subs, owners’ representatives, and managers to ensure detailed, resource‑loaded plans. The role requires 5+ years of scheduling with a GC on large multi‑phase projects, strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and a BS in construction management or related field.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of construction scheduling experience with a general contractor on large‑scale, multi‑phased projects.
• Proficiency in planning and scheduling using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related technical training and experience.
• Working knowledge of standard cost‑control methods used in various project delivery methods.
• Strong communication skills in team and meeting settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare schedules for proposed projects and detailed CPM schedules for awarded projects.
• Collaborate with project team, partners, designers, owners’ representatives, MEPs, and subs for detailed planning and scheduling.
• Develop and maintain resource‑loaded schedules including milestones and critical deliverables.
• Create schedule logic and realistic activity durations.
• Assess impacts of contract changes and schedule shortfalls.
