A leading consulting firm is seeking a Construction Scheduler in Philadelphia, PA. This role requires proficiency in Asta Power Project and Microsoft Office. The successful candidate will manage scheduling for construction projects, track milestones, analyze updates, and provide critical path insights. Qualifications

• Must successfully complete and pass JMT's Motor Vehicle Screening.

Responsibilities

• Tracks the status of critical activities impacting the project.
• Monitors program milestones and interdependencies.
• Analyzes project planning, schedule updates, and delays.
• Provides alerts on items impacting the project schedule.
• Identifies the critical path and suggests alternatives.
• Develop strategies for negotiating claims.
• Provides technical support in claims litigation.
• Write and prepare technical reports.
• Attend meetings and lead discussions on project status.

JMT's Project Controls team is seeking a Construction Scheduler in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling of various construction projects.

• Develop strategies for negotiating claims
• Provides technical support in claims litigation
• Write and prepare technical reports
• Attend meetings and lead discussions on project status

Required Skills

• Proficient with Asta Power Project and Primavera Project Management 6.0

Working Conditions

Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
