Construction Scaffolding Labor - Professional Sporting Events

Join InProduction, a leading provider of temporary seating, staging, structures, and scenic production for the U.S. live events industry. We partner with event organizers to deliver excellence across various verticals including sports, music festivals, and corporate events.

As a Professional Sports Scaffolding Laborer, you will:

• Build and dismantle scaffolds at major venues like stadiums, racetracks, and arenas.
• Work in crews of up to five members, traveling together from job to job.
• Enjoy full-time, consistent work year-round with opportunities for overtime.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions, often overnight, with accommodations provided.

Key responsibilities include constructing scaffolds, installing ladders, ensuring safety protocols, inspecting equipment, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Minimum requirements:

• Background check and drug screening.

• Ability to work at heights and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to work overtime and in a team setting.

Preferred qualifications include experience in scaffolding, carpentry, or related fields, and bilingual skills (English/Spanish).
