As a Professional Sports Scaffolding Laborer at InProduction, here is what you can expect:
- Daily Routine: Building scaffolds at venues like football and soccer stadiums, baseball fields, tennis courts, golf courses, hockey rinks, and racetracks. You might see our work on TV during games or events.
- Crews: Assigned to small crews of no more than 5 employees, traveling together from job to job.
- Work Schedule: Full-time, consistent, and year-round work without uncertainty about next assignments.
- Work Environment: Mostly outdoors, in the sun and fresh air while building.
- Travel: Overnight travel is routine; you may be away from home for 90+ days at a time.
- Travel and Lodging: InProduction arranges and provides accommodations, typically two crew members per room, with small kitchens in hotel rooms for meal preparation.

- Growth Opportunities: Develop construction skills with potential advancement to Crew Lead, Foreman, Project Manager, or other roles.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and dismantle scaffolds, install ladders, walkways, and handrails.
- Assist in the safe and efficient installation/removal of equipment following project plans.
- Inspect all scaffold components before assembly.
- Clean and prepare construction sites, removing debris and materials.
- Load and unload equipment and materials from trucks and vehicles.
- Study plans and equipment lists prior to installation.
- Follow safety measures, including the use of safety equipment and fall protection.
- Maintain tools and equipment properly after shifts.
- Ensure client satisfaction regarding service quality and project completion within schedules.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Background check and drug screening required.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools, drills, saws, hammers, etc.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and in teams to meet goals.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to read and understand basic safety instructions.
- Experience in scaffolding, carpentry, construction, laboring, or events preferred.
- Capable of working overtime.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
