Specializing in big-box retail, airplane hangars, mini storage, and commercial infill projects, this company is known for delivering high-quality builds ranging from $500K to $10 million. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Sales Representative position include :

• 3+ years of sales experience in commercial general contracting
• Proven track record in business development, establishing client relationships, and generating leads
• Experience with projects such as big-box retail stores, airplane hangars, and mini storage
• Ability to network with developers, real estate companies, and industry professionals through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and social media
• Strong construction estimating knowledge to support sales efforts
• Ability to work independently and effectively market the company’s services
• Remote role where you would travel when needed
• Willingness to diversify and expand the company’s market presence

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, with uncapped commission.
