Home Genius Exteriors is hiring for a full-time in-home sales executive in the Pittsburgh, PA area. You will meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily and deliver engaging home presentations, with a strong emphasis on mentorship and career growth within the company.

The role offers substantial earning potential with uncapped commissions, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits after a short training period. Local appointments are scheduled based on where you live.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get:

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
