Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s leading roofing contractor, is seeking a Construction Safety Specialist in Lueders, TX. This full-time role requires CSP/ASP/CHST certification, a safety degree or equivalent experience, and willingness to travel 80–100% for on-site inspections and investigations.

You will lead safety training, conduct claims investigations, and work within the Operations & Risk Department under the Group Safety Manager to safeguard multiple site teams across the region.

Qualifications

• CSP (Certified Safety Professional), ASP (Associate Safety Professional), or CHST (Construction Health & Safety Technician) required
• Bachelor Degree in Safety or 1–3 years safety experience required
• OSHA 30 or 10/30 hour trainer certification required
• First Aid/CPR certification required
• Fall Protection training and Competent Person certification preferred
• Background check (One Source/FCA) required
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
• Strong investigative and communication skills required
• Excellent problem-solving abilities essential

We have an immediate full-time opening for a Construction Safety Specialist in Lueders, TX. This position is open to varying levels of experience and offers career growth based on performance.

This role is paying $85k - 105k, based on education & experience.

Job Summary:

Frequent travel (80% - 100% overnight) to various job and office locations throughout the assigned region in order to conduct:

• On-site safety inspections
• Employee training
• Claim investigations
• Overnight traveling to include out-of-town stays required Safety Specialists are a part of the Operations & Risk Department and report directly to the Group Safety Manager. This position involves the Safety and Risk management of multiple office locations and crews working in the assigned Region.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Candidate MUSTbe a CSP (Certified Safety Professional), ASP (Associate Safety Professional), orCHST (Construction Health & Safety Technician) - Required
• Bachelor Degree in Safety or1-3 years Safety experience - Required
