CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s largest commercial & industrial roofing contractor, has an immediate full-time opening for a Construction Safety Specialist in Rayville, LA. The role requires frequent travel and offers career growth based on performance.

This position pays $85k - 105k depending on education and experience and reports to the Group Safety Manager within Operations & Risk. Travel is 80–100% overnight across the region.

Qualifications

• CSP, ASP, or CHST certification required.
• Bachelor degree in Safety or 1–3 years safety experience required.
• Osha 30 or authorized 10/30 trainer.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Fall protection training.
• Competent Person certification.
• Ability to pass a One Source/FCA background.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Strong investigative and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site safety inspections.
• Provide employee safety training.
• Investigate safety-related claims.
• Travel 80–100% overnight to regional locations.

We have an immediate full-time opening for a Construction Safety Specialist in Rayville, LA. This position is open to varying levels of experience and offers career growth based on performance.

This role is paying $85k - 105k, based on education & experience.

Job Summary

Frequent travel (80% - 100% overnight) to various job and office locations throughout the assigned region in order to conduct:

• On-site safety inspections
• Employee training
• Claim investigations
• Overnight traveling to include out-of-town stays required Safety Specialists are a part of the Operations & Risk Department and report directly to the Group Safety Manager. This position involves the Safety and Risk management of multiple office locations and crews working in the assigned Region.

Candidate Qualifications

• Candidate MUSTbe a CSP (Certified Safety Professional), ASP (Associate Safety Professional), orCHST (Construction Health & Safety Technician) - Required
• Bachelor Degree in Safety or 1-3 years Safety experience - Required
• Osha 30 or authorized 10/30 hour trainer
• First Aid/CPR Certification
• Fall Protection Training
• Competent Person Certification
• Ability to Pass a One Source/FCA Background
