Job summary

AtWork Personnel is seeking a Safety Compliance Associate in Henderson, NV to oversee jobsite safety and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project requirements. The role is full-time with a salary of $65,000 per year.

Responsibilities include conducting inspections, enforcing PPE and fall protection, leading safety trainings, completing JHAs/JSAs, and investigating incidents. The candidate must have construction safety experience and strong OSHA knowledge to foster a culture of safety

Qualifications

• Construction safety experience, preferably in mechanical construction.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Experience with jobsite inspections and incident investigations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and enforce safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct jobsite inspections and safety audits.
• Identify and correct workplace hazards.
• Enforce PPE, fall protection, LOTO, confined space, excavation, rigging, and other safety requirements.
• Conduct safety orientations, toolbox talks, and training.
• Complete JHAs/JSAs and maintain safety documentation.
• Investigate injuries, near misses, and incidents.
• Monitor subcontractor safety compliance.
• Assist with OSHA inspections and safety audits.
• Stop unsafe work when an imminent hazard exists.
• Promote a strong safety culture across construction projects.
