Construction Safety Manager
Develop and support our safety professionals while providing exceptional service to our clients and partners.
Position Overview
CMI is seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager to lead, mentor, and support safety professionals working across multiple commercial construction projects throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
This is a hybrid, hands‑on leadership role combining employee management, field safety, client support, and consulting. The successful candidate will be an experienced construction safety professional who can lead people, build strong client relationships, and step into the field when needed.
This position reports to CMI's corporate office in Lansdale, PA, as needed and requires significant travel throughout the region. When not at the corporate office or a project location, remote work is available based on business needs.

You don't need years of corporate or regional management experience. You do need the ability to mentor employees, understand construction, solve problems, communicate effectively, earn the confidence of clients and partners, and step into the field when needed.

This role involves actively overseeing safety on large-scale commercial projects in various environments. Responsibilities include standing, walking, climbing ladders, stooping, entering confined spaces, working on roofs, lifting up to 30 lbs, and navigating rough or uneven terrain throughout your shift, excluding reasonable and allowable break times.
