HazTek Safety Management is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to oversee safety operations on commercial construction projects in New Albany, OH. The role focuses on OSHA compliance, implementing best safety practices, and fostering a culture where every worker goes home safe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years direct construction safety experience required.
• Strong knowledge in civil, electrical, concrete/tilt wall, crane picks, working at heights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Degree in a safety related field preferred.
• CHST required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of a commercial construction project ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Conduct daily safety meetings.
• Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations.
• Daily safety audits and inspections.
• Oversee all subcontractors and contractors.
• Oversee Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and Excavation.
