Job summary

Rogers Electric seeks a Safety Manager to lead site safety programs across projects. You will coordinate with GC and owners, develop APPs and training, and ensure compliance with contracts and safety plans.

The role supervises 7–10 staff, conducts investigations, and drives risk mitigation. Ideal candidates have CHST, OSHA 500, CSP preferred, and a strong background in construction safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety and Health or Occupational Safety with relevant construction safety experience.
• CHST certification or higher is required, CSP preferred.
• OSHA 500 certification is required.
• Experience with electrical, construction, industrial, federal, and commercial safety & health.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with GC and/or site owner regarding site conditions and NCN.
• Participate in meetings with customers, project teams, and contractors/subcontractors to discuss safety plans and reports.
• Develop and implement Accident Prevention Programs and training plans to meet safety specs.
• Identify site safety budget, manage permits, and ensure contract compliance.
• Lead ORM team to review and develop project safety plans per client and GC requirements.
• Conduct timely incident investigations and reporting.
• Directly supervise 7–10 employees.
