Sheakley Workforce Staffing seeks a Safety Manager for a 6‑month Greenfield construction project in Goldsboro, NC. You will provide field safety oversight for multiple contractors, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, NFPA 70E, and crane/critical lift operations.

The position requires 5+ years of construction safety experience and strong incident investigation skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• NFPA 70E knowledge and experience.
• Experience supporting crane operations and critical lifts.
• Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic field environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily safety oversight for all construction activities on site.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
• Monitor contractor compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Support safe execution of crane activities and critical lift operations.
• Participate in job hazard analyses and pre-task planning meetings.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns as required.
• Deliver coaching and safety guidance to supervisors and field personnel.
• Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable OSHA standards and site requirements.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout all phases of construction.
