Job summary

ProWest PCM Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager for a large public works project in Pacific Palisades, CA.

You will lead site safety programs, enforce OSHA requirements, and coordinate with on-site supervision to prevent incidents. Requirements include a minimum of 5 years in construction safety, OSHA 30, a valid Safety Tech certificate, CSP a plus, and strong communication, documentation, and training skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' construction safety experience.
• Construction Health and Safety Technician certification required.
• OSHA 30 required; CSP, First Aid/CPR certifications a plus.
• Experience managing safety on active construction sites.
• Strong communication, documentation, training, and follow-through skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common safety or construction platforms.
