Innovar Group is seeking a Construction Safety Manager to support a data center construction project. The role requires a safety leader who can handle the pace and complexity of a site with overlapping structural, MEP, equipment delivery, and commissioning activities.

The position offers a competitive hourly rate ($60-$80/hour, W2) on a 6-12 month contract with potential for long-term opportunities. Benefits include paid holidays, PTO, and comprehensive medical plans.

• Coordinate safety expectations as multiple trades work in the same areas and the project moves toward testing, commissioning, and turnover.

Construction Safety Manager - Data Center Projects

Innovar Group is seeking a Construction Safety Manager to support a data center construction project. This role calls for a safety leader who understands the pace and complexity of a site where structural work, mechanical and electrical installation, equipment delivery, and commissioning activities may overlap.

Compensation: $60-$80/hour, W2, depending on construction and data center experience

Contract: 6-12 months, with potential to hire. Seeking those interested in long-term projects!

What you’ll do

• Lead daily safety activities, including site walks, inspections, orientations, and toolbox talks.
