Job summary

MidPoint Technology Group is seeking a Safety Manager to lead the company\'s safety program on construction projects in Atlanta. You will implement Safety Management Systems, conduct risk assessments, and oversee safety training to protect personnel and assets.

You will coordinate with Directors, Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure OSHA compliance, perform safety audits, review subcontractor safety plans, and drive continuous improvement across field operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of safety experience in construction or related fields.
• Experience applying OSHA regulations and safety standards across projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety management systems and audits.

Responsibilities

• Implement Safety Management Systems and risk controls on projects.
• Develop and review Job Specific Safety Plans and AHAs.
• Conduct safety audits and provide corrective actions.
• Lead safety training programs and coordinate scheduling.
• Assist with fleet safety and incident investigations as needed.
