Job summary

S&R Enterprises is seeking a Project Safety Manager to lead safety on a highly visible Atlanta project and ensure the highest standards of site safety. You will own the safety program, interact with field crews, and uphold regulatory requirements in a hands-on role.

In this position you report to safety leadership and will drive corrective actions, audits, and training to protect workers and productivity on site.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of construction safety experience on active job sites.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
• Experience communicating with field crews and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead site safety programs and enforce federal, state, and local rules.
• Conduct daily observations and weekly audits to catch hazards.
• Train foremen and crews on safety practices and PPE use.
• Coordinate with regulators and the GC to maintain safety records.
