Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of construction safety experience or training.
• Related bachelor’s degree or two years of construction safety experience.
• Valid Florida driver license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work practices and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct safety inspections at job sites and ensure deficiencies are corrected.
• Monitor hazard assessments and prevention activities; report findings.
• Order suspension of activities that threaten workers’ health and safety.
• Conduct safety training and demonstrations.
• Investigate safety and property incidents to identify causes and prevent recurrence.
• Review environments and recommend measures to reduce injuries and liabilities.
• Collaborate with field operations and management to align safety with company strategy.
