Job summary

Aristeo Construction is seeking a safety-focused professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will monitor safety across field operations, develop site-specific programs, and collaborate with crews to ensure compliance and incident prevention.

You will lead safety efforts, perform site orientations, and prepare reports while coordinating with subcontractors and OSHA-related activities. A background in construction safety and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a construction-based health and safety role or similar position.
• Associates degree in safety or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience may substitute.
• OSHA 510
• Safety certifications are preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety for all field operations and provide proactive safety solutions.
• Complete record keeping as required.
• Perform site orientations.
• Develop safety reports, training, and site-specific health and safety programs.
• Conduct site inspections, observations, and process reviews.
• Act as a point of contact for safety issues and inquiries and ensure compliance with accident investigations and reports.
• Review subcontractor safety policies.
• Assist with OSHA correspondence.
• Assist with the pre-task analysis process.
