Tippmann Construction is looking for a Construction Safety Manager to enhance safety on diverse job sites. You will enforce compliance, conduct safety walkthroughs, and support incident investigations in a full-time, field-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and health (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills essential.
• Excellent written communication and documentation abilities required.
• Deep understanding of construction safety regulations and jobsite operations expected.
• Availability for frequent travel is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a safety-first culture on all construction jobsites.
• Conduct site visits and safety walkthroughs; document findings in reports.
• Enforce compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Support incident investigations and lead risk management assessments.
• Continuously improve safety programs through policy reviews.
