Job summary

Keel Infrastructure is seeking a seasoned Construction Safety Director to lead all aspects of construction safety across its HPC and AI data center portfolio in Pennsylvania, with extensive travel to active sites. You will own safety standards, contractor oversight, incident investigations, and risk management across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring compliance with NFPA 70E and LOTO requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CSP strongly preferred.
• OSHA 500/510 and First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Experience leading safety on large, complex projects (data centers favored).

Responsibilities

• Set construction safety standards across the build program.
• Hold GCs and subcontractors to Keel safety standards.
• Direct risk assessment, job planning, and safety performance.
• Direct controls for high-risk work: heights, energized systems, LOTO.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Build and lead safety teams across multiple sites.
• Report safety metrics to leadership and escalate risks.
