Qualifications

• 2-4 years of safety experience.
• Strong understanding of OSHA and safety regulations.
• Experience in Workers' Compensation claim management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
• Ability to interface diplomatically with personnel and clients.

Responsibilities

• Implement components of the safety program.
• Train personnel for achieving safety effectiveness.
• Ensure accidents/incidents are reported and investigated.
• Report all training programs appropriately.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping procedures.
• Support superintendents in documentation.
• Assist with orientations for new hires.
• Collect and submit documentation for accidents.
• Maintain records for vehicles and equipment.
