Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with a proven safety track record are essential. You will lead daily safety activities, conduct meetings, document findings, and drive a culture of safety across the project team in Indianapolis.

Qualifications

• CSP, CIH, ASP, ARM, CHST, OHST, or a similar credential with at least 3 years in construction safety.
• Alternatively, 5+ years of relevant construction safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site safety and health activities, inspections, and hazard assessments.
• Conduct safety meetings, maintain agendas, minutes, action items, and attendance records.
• Document inspection findings and track corrective actions through closeout.
• Assist with incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and required reporting.
• Develop and implement site-specific safety plans, JSAs/JHAs, and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of OSHA construction/general industry requirements.
• Provide ongoing safety training, coaching, and compliance guidance to site personnel.
• Collaborate with owner, contractors, subcontractors and project leadership to drive safety culture.

• Lead daily site safety and health activities, inspections, and hazard assessments.
• Conduct safety meetings and maintain agendas, minutes, action items, and attendance records.
• Document inspection findings and track corrective actions through closeout.
• Assist with incident investigations, root‑cause analysis, and required reporting.
• Develop and implement site‑specific safety plans, policies, JSAs/JHAs, and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable OSHA construction/general industry requirements.
• Provide ongoing safety training, coaching, and compliance guidance to site personnel.
• Work closely with the owner, contractors, subcontractors, and project leadership to drive a strong safety culture.

Requirements:

Candidates must meet one of the following:

• CSP, CIH, ASP, ARM, CHST, OHST, or a similar credential + 3 years construction safety experience.
• 5+ years of relevant construction safety experience.
