Job summary

CORE Safety Group is seeking a Safety Advisor for a four-month project in Asheville, NC to provide oversight on a construction site and ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and owner safety requirements.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years of construction safety experience, hold CHST or BCSP, OSHA-30 and OSHA-510 certifications, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills while working on site and coordinating with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• Proficiency in interpreting safety standards and communicating them clearly.
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills; able to interface with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify safety issues on the construction site and ensure compliance with federal, state and local safety requirements.
• Oversee safety activities for the project and coordinate with owner representatives.
• Maintain documentation and generate safety reports for management.
