Job summary

Advance Services, Inc. is hiring a Construction Roof Plumber in Aurora, NE. In a modular home production facility, you will install, set, and secure roof decking and sections according to construction specs, working at elevated stations and coordinating with teammates to ensure accuracy and weatherproofing.

The role is hands-on with shift 1st, Monday to Friday plus Saturdays for overtime, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Pay is $19.00 per hour and benefits include weekly pay and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Reading production orders and pre-engineered blueprints.
• Safety and teamwork in a hot, dusty plant.
• Willingness to work flexible overtime.

Responsibilities

• Roof preparation, setting, and vent line installation in roof cavity.
• Read and understand production orders and pre-engineered blueprints.
• Operate staple guns, nail guns, power tools, hand tools, measuring devices, hoists, and other equipment.
• Cross-train in other production areas.
• Work safely in a hot and dusty manufacturing plant environment.
• Shift: 1st - Monday through Friday, Saturdays for overtime
• Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
• Pay $19.00 per hour

• Roof Work: Perform roof preparation, roof setting, and the installation of drain vent lines into and out of the home's roof cavity.
• Blueprints: Read and understand production orders and pre-engineered blueprints.
• Tools: Operate staple guns, nail guns, power tools, hand tools, measuring devices, hoists, and other required equipment.
• Cross-Training: Help in other production areas and cross-train as needed.
• Work Environment: Work safely in a hot and dusty manufacturing plant environment.
• Shift: 1st - Monday through Friday, Saturdays for overtime
