Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for all portions of services/reports.
• Communicate scope and client expectations with RM and PAs.
• Set clear project expectations and assessors' tasks.
• Provide solid recommendations to RMs and clients.
• Identify and resolve project issues.
• Deliver progress reports and client communications.
• Coordinate follow-up questions with PAs during reviews.
• Delegate tasks and ensure timely changes to scope.
