Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist procurement of corporate and project insurance programs.
• Lead claims management and coordinate with brokers, insurers and attorneys.
• Review risk factors and insurance requirements in contracts.
• Review subcontractor insurance certificates and endorsements.
• Coordinate enrollments in project-specific insurance programs.
• Maintain quarterly reports for builders' risk programs and bonds.
