Axos Bank is seeking a Construction Risk Analyst I to support the Office of the CCO by analyzing and monitoring credit risk associated with construction and development lending. This role involves responsibilities such as reviewing construction draw requests and preparing risk reports.

Axos Bank Target Range: $25.00/Hr. - $30.00/Hr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 12.5% Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 12.5% These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi‑annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
The Construction Risk Analyst I supports the Office of the CCO in analyzing and monitoring credit risk associated with construction and development lending. Responsibilities include reviewing construction draw requests, monitoring project completion timelines, assessing collateral and budget-to-complete status, preparing construction risk reports, and supporting due diligence on new construction credit exposures. The role assists senior analysts and management in identifying early warning indicators and ensuring construction credits are administered in compliance with internal policy and regulatory requirements.
