Qualifications

• Own basic tools (hammer, pry bar, drill, utility knife, tape measure).
• Able to lift 50–75 lbs and work in hot, cold, and wet environments.
• Spanish and English speakers encouraged to apply.
• OSHA, IICRC, Lead, Asbestos, or First Aid/CPR certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities
