Job Summary

• Complete small to medium repairs, remodeling, and home improvement projects
• Projects include bathroom/kitchen remodels, deck building, drywall, and more
• Communicate with customers regarding scope of work and estimates
• Ensure efficient use of materials and maintain necessary equipment stock

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, flooring, door installation, deck repairs, etc. Preference given to finish carpentry, texture, and tile experience
• Basic knowledge of construction tools necessary for the work
• Ability to analyze problems quickly and develop professional solutions
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English, courteous and professional
• Excellent customer service skills, friendly personality, professional appearance
• Self-starter, goal-oriented team player capable of expanding scope and generating referrals
• Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and perform jobs safely

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently without supervision
• 3-8 years of experience, with construction experience required
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations in the past 3 years
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Own tools and a truck or SUV capable of carrying tools and ladders
