Job summary

Bradsby Group is seeking a fast-paced recruiting professional in Denver to own the full hiring process, from talent identification to offers. You will collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to drive results and deliver top talent.

The right candidate will have recruiting or sales experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of success with a sense of urgency from day one. Our compensation includes guaranteed income plus commissions and ESOP bonuses.

Job description

This fast-paced, full-desk recruiting position for Bradsby Group includes identifying top talent, creating a talent pool and working with business leaders and hiring managers as you manage the hiring process (including the interview process, negotiations and offers). Potential candidates should have strong leadership skills, be creative thinkers, like a good challenge, expect bottom line results, have strong attention to detail and big picture potential.

Compensation

• Monthly guaranteed income of $4,815.33+ monthly commissions + quarterly ESOP bonuses + Trip/Travel Incentives + uncapped earning potential.
• Top Producers earn in excess of $500k+ in annual earnings.
