Job description

Since 2007, All American Water Restoration, Inc. has provided expert home remodeling services to our customers. We are seeking a full-time Project Manager for the Reconstruction Division.

Job Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of construction experience.
  • Coordinate the activities of projects to ensure cost, scheduling, complete documentation, and quality standards are met. Must be familiar with all project details and complete scope of work. Obtain all required project documentation.
  • Create and maintain project budget based on established company margins. Verify customer insurance benefits, when applicable, prior to performing work.
  • Create and maintain project cost sheet, including verification of quoted and submitted costs. Review and code invoices, checking for accuracy and comparing to cost.
  • Promote positive and professional subcontractor and vendor relations, ensuring subcontractors have the most current scopes of work, completing subcontractor bid comparisons and scope reviews, and reviewing contracts.
  • Develop overall project schedule. Coordinate with necessary parties to complete each step within required timeframes.
  • Maintain client relationships at the appropriate level, reinforcing the Company’s commitment to continuously addressing customer needs and interests.
  • Demonstrate effective relationship building within the project team and throughout the Company. Keep team members informed and active in decision making. Prepare and assist with Company reconstruction meetings.
  • Basic understanding of technology and computer skills.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Must have a clean criminal background (no felony convictions).
