Service Restoration, Inc. in Bloomington, MN is seeking a full-time professional estimator to join the Construction - Rebuild team. You will coordinate estimates to ensure profitability and fair billing with insurers and clients.

Responsibilities include creating and presenting estimates using Xactimate, coordinating with staff, subcontractors, and insurers, and managing job files from start to finish. Strong organization and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent experience helpful.
• Knowledge of construction/rebuilding and restoration basics.
• 1+ years rebuild-oriented Xactimate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Making daily phone calls; answering phones, responding to leads and voicemails.
• Producing emails, notes, documents, computer files, hard-copy files.
• Conflict resolution with distressed parties to find satisfactory solutions for all parties involved.
• Entering new customers into the Project Management System.
• Closing completed jobs out of the Project Management System.
• Using Xactimate to create invoices and estimates.
• Analyzing properties through photos, communications, videos, and MICA.
• Creation, submission and presentation delivery of estimates.
• Billing customers, clients, and insurance providers.
• Facilitating the communication between parties.
• Ability to handle large volumes of job files simultaneously.
