Job summary

Klinedinst PC is seeking a California-licensed attorney with 3–8 years of experience in construction litigation, real estate, and/or complex civil litigation to join our San Diego team. The role offers the opportunity to handle matters across the state and grow within a dynamic, team-focused firm.

The ideal candidate will independently handle cases, structure discovery, take and defend depositions, and prepare dispositive motions for trial.

Qualifications

• California licensed with strong academic credentials.
• 3 to 8 years of experience in construction litigation, real estate, and/or complex civil litigation.
• Experience structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle cases while tackling complex issues.
• Handle matters throughout the state.
• Engage in discovery planning, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
