FBT Gibbons, a national full-service law firm, seeks an attorney to join its Real Estate Practice Group in Indiana or other offices. The role focuses on construction law, drafting and negotiating complex contracts across delivery methods, and advising on risk throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of construction law experience within a Real Estate Practice Group.

• Experience advising clients on risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Familiarity with professional services agreements and industry‑standard contract forms (AIA, ConsensusDocs)
• Strong academic record with excellent research and writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

FBT Gibbons is seeking an attorney to join the Real Estate Practice Group in any of its offices.

Compensation

The salary ranges for this role reflects a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job‑related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.

Kentucky: $180,000-$230,000

Indiana, Ohio, Pittsburgh: $190,000-$240,000

New Jersey, Philadelphia, Delawar e: $200,000-$250,000

Associates are also eligible for:

• Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
