Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking an entry-level Quality Specialist to support the project quality program. You will review documents, attend meetings and conduct walk-through inspections to learn our quality processes and ensure compliance with contract documents and industry standards.

You will collaborate with field teams, suppliers and internal quality staff to document findings, support corrective actions and learn our standards for a safe, high-quality build environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management or related field (Required).
• Equivalents considered in lieu of degree.
• 0-2 years construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and participate in the company’s safety and quality plans and culture.
• Assist with project quality plans, site observations and documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers to maintain quality standards for materials.
• Read design documents to identify potential quality issues and support constructability reviews.
• Support preparation of quality reports for field staff and management.
• Attend pre-planning, pre-installation, and progress meetings to stay aligned with project goals.
