Job summary

eZone staffing LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead field operations for federally funded facilities in Columbus, Ohio. You will manage project teams, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and daily field activities, serving as the primary administrative contact for the client while ensuring compliance with EM 385-1-1, OSHA 30, and CQM standards.

Expertise with RMS, Primavera P6, and the USACE Three-Phase Control System is essential.

Qualifications

• EM 385-1-1 certification required.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• CQM certificate required.
• RMS experience
• Primavera P6 experience
• Construction project management and quality control experience
• PMP certification is a plus
• Strong knowledge of construction specs, quality control, safety, documentation and subcontractor coordination

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams, subcontractors, schedules, budgets and daily field operations.
• Serve as administrative contact for the federal agency/client.
• Use Primavera P6 for schedules and coordinate lookahead deliveries.
• Maintain daily project records and RMS documentation.
• Lead the USACE Three-Phase Control System: Preparatory, Initial and Follow-Up.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, material approvals and quality documentation.
• Conduct daily site inspections and verify workmanship against drawings and specs.
• Identify, document, track and resolve construction deficiencies in RMS.
• Coordinate testing, inspections, balancing, startup and commissioning activities.
• Monitor budgets, subcontractor invoices, change orders and contract modifications.
• Support site safety activities including toolbox talks, safety meetings and SSHO responsibilities.
• Maintain equipment inspection records and ensure safety/quality compliance.
• Participate in weekly progress meetings and provide updates on quality, schedule and testing.
• Support project closeout, including turnover documentation and warranties.
