Job summary

Yates Construction seeks a Quality Coordinator II to provide leadership, coordination, and technical expertise in all areas of quality on construction projects. You will oversee daily quality operations, develop and administer quality policies, and drive 100% compliant work that exceeds expectations.

Qualifications

• Preferred degree in Quality Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Substitution of other education or training possible for bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of construction experience in quality control supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of processes and procedures to achieve 100% compliant work.
• Collaborate with project team and subcontractors to ensure quality.
• Advocate for Yates Construction and promote quality as a core value.
• Maintain relationships with engineers, consultants, and industry associations.
• Develop project-specific quality management plans and ensure adherence.
