Louisiana Bridge Builders seeks a Quality Engineer to support construction QA activities for the I-10 Calcasieu River Bridge project in Lake Charles, LA. You will coordinate inspection, testing, ITPs, and documentation to ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and quality plans.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 3+ years of quality experience or 7+ years with a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3+ years of quality experience, or equivalent with 7+ years.
• ISO 9001 knowledge and experience with quality control digital tools valued.
• Experience in Design-Build or construction quality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, document, and report quality activities for the project.
• Maintain inspection/test plans and ensure hold/witness points are followed.
• Perform on-site inspections and verify conformance to drawings and specs.
• Prepare comprehensive quality reports and drive corrective actions.
• Support digitalization of quality records and data analysis.
