Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical preferred) or related field.
• 10+ years of QA/QC experience in construction environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and construction standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and models.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC plans for construction projects
• Perform routine site inspections and audits to verify compliance with design specifications and quality standards
• Review and approve quality documentation, including inspection reports, test plans, and material submittals
• Partner with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues and drive corrective actions
• Maintain detailed quality records, reports, and documentation
• Conduct root cause analysis on quality issues and implement preventive measures
• Provide guidance and training on QA/QC processes to project teams

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality management tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or similar certification
• Experience in Life Sciences, GMP, or cleanroom construction projects
