We’re hiring an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager (QCM) to lead field operations on USACE and NAVFAC construction projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project quality control for USACE and NAVFAC construction projects nationwide
  • Develop and manage Project Quality Control Plans (QCP)
  • Review specs, drawings, RFIs, and submittals for compliance
  • Perform inspections, approve materials, and ensure work quality
  • Create detailed Daily Activity Reports and documentation
  • Collaborate with QA personnel and construction supervisors
  • Mentor QC Inspectors and implement USACE Three-Phase QC process
  • Use RMS/QCS software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in Construction Management or Engineering
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an approved QC Manager on USACE or NAVFAC construction projects
  • CQM-C certification or willingness to obtain
  • Proficiency with RMS or QCS software systems
  • OSHA 10/30 and First Aid/CPR preferred
