Job Title: Construction Quality Control Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Manager to oversee a $35 million Design Build project for NAVFAC. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities
  • Manage quality control processes for the project.

  • Ensure compliance with USACE standards and procedures.

  • Implement and oversee the 3-phase quality control system.

  • Utilize RMS software effectively to maintain project records.

  • Coordinate with construction management teams to ensure project quality.

Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in USACE procedures and standards.

  • Experience with QCM, RMS, and 3-phase quality control systems.

  • Strong background in construction and construction management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Active QCM Certification is required.

  • OSHA30 certification is required.

  • Experience working on projects of similar size and scope.

Work Environment

The role involves overseeing the construction of an ARC training building, vehicle maintenance shop (VMS), and unheated storage (UHS) within a Marine Corps facility. The work environment is dynamic, requiring attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
