Wage/Salary Range: $115K - $130

Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree.
Level of Experience Requirements: Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Construction Quality Control Manager on commercial or federal construction projects.
Required qualifications for hire: Experience managing Quality Control on federal construction projects for agencies such as USACE, DoD, NAVFAC, GSA, or similar federal customers. Valid USACE/NAVFAC QCM Certification. Working knowledge of government systems: RMS, WebCM, Kahua, etc. Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and construction trades. Strong understanding of commercial building systems including architectural, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and fire suppression systems. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Valid Driver's License. S. Citizenship. Fluent in English; speaking, reading and writing. Ability to obtain and maintain access to federal and military installations.
This position will have supervisory responsibilities.

As a Construction Quality Control Manager, you will serve as the field leader responsible for safely delivering multiple federal construction projects throughout the Greater Baltimore and DC Metro area. Working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and federal clients, you'll coordinate daily construction activities while ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with contract requirements.
Work locations will vary depending on project locations, all project operations are based out of our Hanover, MD office. Project sites include locations in the greater Baltimore and DC-Metro areas. Employees are expected to transport themselves to and from project sites, or the main office on a daily basis.
Normal work hours are Monday through Friday, start times vary depending on the project from roughly 6:00am to 8:00am and typically end between 3:30pm and 5:30pm. Employees are expected to be punctual and willing to work at the project site for the duration of the onsite work hours. Please note availability for overnight work or work beyond normal working hours.
