Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks an entry‑level QA/Quality Assurance professional to support quality programs for Advanced Facilities projects in the Boise area. You will learn safety, QA plans and constructability reviews while assisting with documentation and supplier quality relationships.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in architecture or construction management and up to two years of construction exposure, with the ability to read plans, use MS Office, and travel if required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management or related field required.
• 0-2 years construction experience and/or summer internship preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Learn and participate in safety and quality plans and culture.
• Contribute to project quality plans and status reports.
• Document QA processes, test results and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with suppliers to maintain material quality standards.
• Review design documents to identify constructability issues.
• Conduct site observations to ensure work meets specs and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and project documents.
• Attend pre-planning and progress meetings to support quality.
• Assist in coordinating other JE Dunn teams (VDC, Safety, Self-Perform).
