Job summary

Nox Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Superintendent to lead the QA program for multiple construction projects. The role focuses on implementing the company quality management system, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and contractual requirements, and driving a culture of quality.

You will manage a team of inspectors, collaborate with project teams to set QA objectives, and oversee audits and continuous improvement initiatives across sites.

Qualifications

• Journeyman electrician with 7 years of experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a supervisor
• Proven experience in quality management within construction
• Knowledge of construction quality standards and codes
• Experience developing and implementing quality management systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• Proficient with quality management software/tools
• Willingness to travel to job sites
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and access work at heights

Responsibilities

• Follow and enforce the quality management system across projects
• Audit and inspect construction work to ensure quality and compliance
• Define quality objectives and metrics with project teams
• Guide superintendents, field superintendents and engineers on QA standards
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in construction processes
• Review contracts, plans and specs for QA requirements
• Manage inspectors at the project level
