Job summary

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include coordinating acceptance of QC plans, maintaining submittal registers, and preparing construction logs. The role requires excellent communication skills and may involve travel and relocation.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• 5 years of related experience with equivalent certifications accepted.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate all aspects for acceptance of the Construction Quality Control Plan.
• Maintain the submittal register and various reports.
• Ensure as-built drawings are current.
• Account for approved submittals and notify of potential schedule impacts.

Skills

Technical knowledge of quality control processes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Willing to travel and relocate

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management

Construction materials technician certified at Level III by NICET

USACE/NAVFAC QCM Certified
