ProWest PCM Inc. seeks an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager to lead QC for a large public works project in Pacific Palisades, CA.

The role requires coordinating inspectors, testing agencies, and trade partners to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, codes, and closeout requirements. Candidates should have 3–5 years of QC, inspection, or field supervision experience, plus familiarity with DSA/HCAI/LAUSD or other public agency requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction QC, inspection, or field supervision experience.
• Experience with DSA, HCAI, LAUSD or public agency requirements.
• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, codes, testing, and closeout.
• Experience coordinating inspectors, testing agencies, and trade partners.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
