Job summary

ProWest PCM Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Senior Quality Control Manager for a large public works project in Pacific Palisades, CA.

The role requires managing QC programs, coordinating inspectors and testing agencies, and ensuring compliance with DSA/HCAI/LAUSD requirements. Strong knowledge of drawings, specs, codes, testing, and closeout is essential, with proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Office tools.

Qualifications

• Must hold a professional license (Engineer/Architect) or DSA Inspector Class 1.
• 5–10 years in construction QC, inspection, or field supervision.
• Experience with DSA, HCAI, LAUSD or public agency requirements.
• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, codes, testing, and closeout.
• Experience coordinating inspectors, testing agencies, and trade partners.
• Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
