Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of construction industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• US Citizen required.

Responsibilities

• Develop scopes of work by reviewing drawings, specs, requirements and safety protocols to determine obligations.
• Negotiate subcontracts, purchase orders and professional service agreements with bidders.
• Maintain project budgets and buyout logs through buyout and construction.
• Conduct bid scope reviews to ensure bids reflect equal scopes of work.
